My name is Gail Garriss and I want to be your Realtor® here in Ocean City, Maryland.

 I have enjoyed over ten years experience helping people buy and sell condos and real estate here in Ocean City… for clients from here to California.

  Licensed in Maryland and Delaware, I am an award winning, full-time professional Realtor® and Associate Broker with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage located at 120th Street here in Ocean City. Previously I was a top ten agent with Moore Warfield and Glick at their 57th Street office.

 Originally from Baltimore, we raised our family in Harford County, MD. I have been a manager/supervisor for both Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Maryland and for the University of Maryland Medical System. I am a 1994 graduate of Harford Community College in Business Administration.

 I live in Ocean City on Sunset Island off 67th Street with my husband, Dan, who also is a licensed Maryland Realtor®.  I really enjoy the beach life with my twin grandchildren, family, and friends; bulding sandcastles and doing all the things Ocean City has to offer.  I love country dancing; and in winter, skiing at Wisp.
